Aetna and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If Darcy Psychiatry is not in network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. In this case, you would pay the full session fee at the time of your appointment. Dr. X will provide you with a detailed receipt (also called a “superbill”) that includes all the necessary information to help you submit a claim to your insurance provider.

Physician Services - $75 per 15 minutes
(may include paperwork, clinical phone calls during or after business hours, prior authorizations, and extensive care coordination)
“No Show” appointments or cancellations made less than 48 hours will be charged the full fee.
Refill requests - Clients will always be given enough medication to get them through their next appointment. Therefore, there is a fee of $10 for refills requested outside of our appointments.
All fees are due at the time of the service.
